William L. Loeb was appointed president of the Memphis Community Fund at a meeting of organization directors last week. The fund this year seeks to raise $500,000 for support of 28 agencies. Mr. Loeb has been active as a member of the community fund’s executive committee, board of directors and children’s bureau, and is president of the Chamber of Commerce safety division.
