Scotland Yard today sent out orders to all detectives and policemen in London to be on the lookout for window-cuters as a result of the slashing of windows, apparently organized by an anti-Jewish gang, which has been continuing in some London districts. The action was taken after Scotland Yard had received reports of new vandalism in the Stokenewington, Stamford Hill and Hackney districts, which are populated largely by Jews.
