Lord Dudley Marley, chairman of the world committee to aid victims of German fascism, will arrive in New York tomorrow aboard the White Star liner Olympic for a nation-wide lecture tour to arganize public opinion against Nazism and support the boycott against Germany.

Lord Marley, who is travelling torist third on the ship, is vice-chairman of the British House of Lords. On his arrival here, he will be met by a police escort and driven to City Hall, where he will be welcomed by Bernard S. Deutsch, president of the Board of Aldermen. On Wednesday night a dinner of welcome will be given him at the Aldine Club, 200 Fifth Avenue. Among the speakers will be Prof. John Denwey, chairman of the Lord Marley Reception Commitee; Mr. Deutsch, Dr. Henry Moskowitz and Dudley Field Malone.
