Samuel A. Fryer, noted biochemist and philanthropist of Los Angeles, has presented a check for $200,000 to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, it was announced here today by Daniel G. Ross, president of the American Friends of Hebrew University. Mr. Ross said that the funds would be used for completion of “The Samuel A. Fryer Building” at the University in Jerusalem.
