Marco H. Hellman, prominent banker and scion of a California Jewish pioneer family, has undertaken the general chairmanship of the drive for $155,000 to complete the funds necessary for additional building for the Hebrew Sheltering Home for the Aged.
D. C. MacWatters, general manager of the Los Angeles Community Chest, on visiting the Home for the Aged, spoke highly in praise of the work being accomplished by this organization, according to Max Goldstein, Executive Director of the home.
