Louis L. Bennett of New York, well known government manpower and housing consultant and until recently executive director of the New York Association for New Americans, has been named assistant executive vice-chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, it was announced today by Dr. Joseph J. Schwartz, UJA executive vice-chairman.
Mr. Bennett, former New York Regional Housing Expediter and Consultant to the Federal Administrator of the National Housing Agency, will assist Dr. Schwartz in executive leadership of the UJA’s nationwide campaign.
