H. C. Luke, acting High Commissioner of Palestine during the late riots, and by many blamed for the disturbances, who is now on a vacation in England, will lecture here March 3 on the riots. His address will be made before the Near and Middle East Association with Sir Dennison Ross presiding.

The president of the association is an intimate friend and colleague of Howard Bury, anti-Zionist M. P. The association itself is considered anti-Zionist in its leanings.
