The Government of Luxemburg this week-end conferred the medal of an Officer of the Order of the Oaken Crown, a high distinction, on Edmund Marx, President of the Luxemburg Jewish Consistory. The local Jewish community has decided to honor Mr. Marx by planting a forest in Israel in his name.
