The Senate of the Lwow Polytechnic Institute annulled today an order of the school’s rector segregating Jewish students into special benches.
The Senate Court also rescinded the expulsion order issued against seven Jewish students for protesting against the “ghetto rule,” but ordered them suspended for three terms.
