Providing bequests and creating trusts totaling more than $450,000 for the benefit of friends, relatives and employees, the will of Morten H. Goldenberg was filed for probate in the Orphan’s Court here. An estimate of the value of the estate involved was not given.
Owner of a department store in Washington, D. C., Mr. Goldenberg, who made his home here, died from apoplexy last week at the Laurel race track.
The will provided two $10,000 bequests. One will go to the Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore and the other to the Community Chest of Washington. A bequest of $2,500 also will go to the Rosa H. Goldenberg Shoe Fund of the Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore.
