Funeral services were held today for Marcos Regalsky, labor Zionist leader, who died here Sunday at the age of 74. Active in the Zionist movement here, Mr. Regalsky was a leading member of the editorial staff of the Jewish daily newspaper Di Yiddishe Zeitung for 30 years. He also edited the labor Zionist weekly, Neie Zeit.
Born in Moscow, Mr. Regalsky, who changed his name from Itzchak Berlin, participated in many Zionist congresses. He came to Buenos Aires in 1918 where he became active in local Jewish communal life to the development of which he greatly contributed.
