The New York Board of Jewish Ministers adopted a resolution pledging “moral support to the Hebrew University and the cause of education in Palestine,” at a luncheon given in honor of Dr. Judah L. Magnes, Chancellor of the Hebrew University before his departure on Wednesday for London.
Dr. Magnes was introduced by Dr. Schulman, who asked for the support of American Jewry for the institution. Fifty rabbis were present.
