Mahmoud Abbas may visit the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington this week. Rep. Tom Lantos (D-Calif.) has asked the Palestinian Authority prime minister — who wrote a doctoral dissertation minimizing the Holocaust — to take a tour with him around the museum. But it remains unclear whether Abbas will have time when he’s in Washington from Wednesday through Saturday. Museum officials were unavailable for comment.
