He is a graduate of Harvard. He attained the rank of Major during the war and was decorated by General Pershing. Major Mack is a brother of Judge Julian W. Mack.

The Joint Distribution Committee announces that the ICA has forwarded to the Joint the sum of $62,500 to be used for reconstruction work in Lithuania. The money will be used for people’s banks and loans for house-bouilding.

The sum of $2,640,000 had been expended up to June 1 by the Joint for reconstruction work. The wide scope of the work is seen in the figures which show that 353 credit corporations are fostered by the Joint.
