The dispute between the Council of the League of Nations and the Permanent Mandates Commission concerning the mandates territories is expected to be reopened again today.
The question is expected to be raised at the sixth session of the League Assembly. Fridtjof Nansen, representative of Sweden, and other delegates intend to reopen the question and take up the cudgels for the Mandates Commission against Sir Ausen Chamberlain, for Great Britain, and Briand for France for the right of the Permanent Mandates Commission to examine the administration of the mandatory powers in the mandated territories.
