The Buenos Aires Jewish community elected Tobias Kamenszain, representing the local Mapai, as president of the community’s executive council, in balloting here yesterday. Other officers elected were Hirsch Triwaks as secretary, and Zelman Orenstein as treasurer. Mr. Triwaks also represents Mapai, while Mr. Orenstein belongs to Achdut Avodah. All other Zionist groupings here are also represented on the executive council.
