The central committee of the Mapam Party today rejected an offer by Andut Avodah, inviting Mapam to join the political alignment of Mapal and Ahdut Avodah, Leaders of Mapam said they would wait until after next fall’s elections to the Knesset (Israel’s parliament) before making up their minds on alignment.
