The martyrdom of Jewish leaders in Nazi-held Poland was described here last night at two memorial meetings arranged respectively by the Jewish Labor Committee and by the American Federation for Polish Jews, eulogizing Adam Cherniakoff, president of the Jewish Council in the Warsaw ghetto who recently committed suicide rather than give his approval to the deportation of Jews from Warsaw.
