Claiming that the Labor group in Palestine has always been anti-religious and antagonistic towards the efforts of the Mizrachi to stimulate “religious Judaism,” Harry Karp, executive director of the Mizrachi, outlined the ideal of Mizrachi at a symposium sponsored by the Masada, Youth Zionist Organization of America, held at the Brooklyn Jewish Centre Wednesday evening.
Meyer Miller of the Masada, read the statement of the Histadruth in which they declared themselves for the reaffirmation of the priority of the worker, and said they will also ask for a coalition leadership composed of all the elements in Zionism.
Morris Margulies, secretary of the Zionist Organization of America, and Elias Ginsburg, Revisionist leader, also took part in the symposium.
