Maurice M. Rosen, of Philadelphia, was today elected president of the American Technion Society at a meeting of the organization’s board of directors. He succeeds B. Sumner Gruzen, who served in the post for two years. Long identified with Jewish communal causes, Mr. Rosen is a director of the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce and a leader of the Federation of Jewish Charities of Philadelphia.
