Max Fisher of Detroit, general chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, arrived here yesterday for a six-day stay during which he will confer with Premier Levi Ehkol and other Israeli leaders. He will also meet with Foreign Minister Abba Eban, and Aryeh Pincus, chairman of the Jewish Agency executive. He will examine which of the most urgent needs of Israel can be met by the UJA.
