Mayor Abraham Beame will proclaim ORT Day 1976 on Monday at City Hall. The Mayor will issue a proclamation lauding the global vocational education and training operations of ORT and the supportive work of Women’s American ORT, the largest of groups in the 40-nation “ORT family.”
