Mayor Jean Drapeau of Montreal has declared today as Warsaw Ghetto Uprising Commemorative Day, in a special proclamation in which he associated himself “with my fellow-citizens of Jewish descent in the observance of the twentieth anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.”
