Rabbi Meier Simcha Ha’Cohen, famous Talmudic scholar and Rabbi of Dwinsk, died yesterday.
Rabbi Meier Simcha was one of the outstanding rabbis in Eastern Europe. He was born in Baltrimantz, Lithuania, he son of Rabbi Samson Kalman.
