The Victorian Symphony Orchestra of Melbourne, Australia has invited Noah Sherif, 23-year-old prize-winning composer and conductor of the Hebrew University Orchestra, to dedicate a new composition to the Victorian orchestra. The orchestra recently presented Sherif’s “Prelude” during a special concert in Melbourne marking Israel’s tenth anniversary.
