The government commission appointed to investigate the extent of the damages established that the damages resulting from the anti-Jewish excesses in Clausenburg alone amounted to 88,000,000 lei.
Mr. Gorst, British Vice-Consul here, visited the cities and towns where the excesses took place. He returned to day to Bucharest to submit a report to the British Embassy.
