The lights of a Chanukah Menorah of Freedom flown from Israel as a gift to the people of New York were kindled on the steps of City Hall today in a traditional ceremony by Mayor Wagner and Dr. Israel Goldstein, chairman of the Israel Bond Chanukah Festival Committee. The Festival will be held next Thursday, December 6 and the following Monday, December 10 at Madison Square Garden.
