The Mexican Embassy here is entirely uninformed concerning the report from Mexico City that the ministry of the interior has completed the draft of a law establishing an immigration quota system for Mexico. According to the report immigrants would be divided into two categories, desirable and undesirable and in the latter category are Jews and Chinese.
The report is to the effect that President Rubio is prepared to sign the law which will practically exclude both Jews and Chinese from Mexico. The Mexican Embassy here has begun inquiries concerning the report.
