An agreement providing for technical and scientific cooperation between Israel and Mexico was signed here today by Mexican Foreign Minister Antonio Carrillo Flores and Israel Ambassador Shimshon Arad.
The agreement provides for cooperation between the two countries in the fields of agriculture, irrigation, the use of atomic energy for peaceful purposes and other areas. The pact also provides for an exchange of students, technicians and scientists between the two countries.
