Mexico Bars Delay in Deportations Pending Court Appeals

A ruling of the Mexican Supreme Court provides that foreigners ordered/expelled by the Interior Ministry cannot remain in the country pending appeals to the courts. They will be deported and then be permitted to return to Mexico if their petitions are upheld. Formerly, expulsions were delayed pending appeals to the courts.
