Michael S. Nisselson, who has been associated with the New York Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Institutions for more than 10 years in various executive capacities, has been named president of the Amalgarated Bank, succeeding Adolph Held, it was reported today. Mr. Held, who is chairman of the Jewish Labor Committee, headed the bank for 21 years.
