A mid-western conference of Zionists will meet here Saturday night and Sunday at the Hotel Statler. The purpose of the conference is to create a mid-west regional unit to coordinate all Palestine activities during the coming year.
Delegates are expected to attend the conference from Chicago, Milwaukee, Kansas City, Omaba, Indianapolis, and Memphis.
Louis Lipsky will address one of the sessions of the conference which will be opened at a mass meeting Saturday.
A quota of $750,000 for the United Palestine Appeal for the region will be submitted at the conference.
