–Milton B. Freund, who initiated the idea of a Jewish center at the United Nations and was instrumental in its establishment, died today of a heart attack at his name. He was 64. Mr. Freund was the husband of Mrs. Miriam K. Freund, former national president of Hadassah. Funeral services will he held tomorrow at the Sutton Place Synagogue.
