Ministers of Justice of each of the various German states are on their way here for a conference tomorrow with the Minister of Justice of the Reich, Dr. Franz Guertner, to fix definitely the proportion and the number of Jewish lawyers who may be permitted to continue to practice in the courts of Germany.

National Socialist newspapers advocate that Jews should be admitted in proportion to their numerical strength as against the total population, which would be somewhat less than one percent.

The Berliner Tageblatt learns that in the selection of the thirty-five lawyers of the Jewish faith who will probably be allowed to practice in the Berlin courts, preference will be given to ex-service men with outstanding records.
