Voicing concern over the growth of anti-Semitism in contemporary Christendom, the Minnesota Federation of Churches has adopted a report urging all churches to repudiate doctrines “opposed to the basic democracy of our nation and to the precepts of Christianity.”
The report, as submitted by the Federation’s committee on world brotherhood, declared that “we note with shame and humiliation the growth of anti-Semitism in contemporary Christendom. When we protest such movements abroad we are not unaware that a similar spirit is in evidence within our own borders.”
