The Israel-Jordan Mixed Armistice Commission today condemned Israel for the murder of five Jordanian Bedouins in the Hebron area. The Commission found Israel responsible for the murder which, according to the Commission’s resolution, was carried out ten kilometers inside Jordanian territory.

Earlier, Israel had arrested four Israelis suspected of complicity in the murder of the Bedouins, which allegedly was carried out as a revenge for the murder of a young couple by the same Bedouins. One of those arrested is the murdered girl’s brother.
