Criticism was voiced today at a special meeting of the political committee of the Mizrachi Federation at the statement made by Dr. Naham Goldmann in the United States advocating the establishment of a Jewish state in a partitioned Palestine.
The meeting adopted a resolution disassociating itself from the statement, declaring that it does not consider this statement authoritative and does not feel itself bound to it. This attitude was supported by leaders of the Mizrachi organization of Holland, France and Belgium, who attended the gathering.
