Resolutions calling for the strengthening of traditional Judaism in this country and in Israel were adopted at a convention of Mizrachi Hatzair, Mizrachi youth organization, here by some 200 delegates representing 15,000 members in the United States and Canada. The parley also demanded preservation of the religious education system in Israel. Seymour N. Chefer was elected president of the movement.
