English towns and villages will be designated as Jewish colonies or Arab villages Arab will be represented by soldiers garbed in Moslem costumes. Only those “Arabs” discovered in the act of committing terrorist aggressions will be attacked. Others will be treated as peaceful natives. All the conditions actually existing in the Holy Land will be recreated as nearly as possible.
