The widow of Arthur Sebag-Montefiore, who was killed last April in an airplane crash, will receive $2,000,000 on condition that she does not remarry, according to the will made public today.
Mr. Sebag-Montefiore, a nephew of Viscount Bearsted, was 23 years old when he was killed. His widow is now 22. In the event she remarries, the fortune will go to their son, who is now nine months old, while she will receive an annuity if $15,000, the will states.
The sum of $25,000 is bequeathed to charities, two-thirds of which is to be distributed among Jewish institutions at the absolute discretion of the widow.
Mrs. Sebag-Montefiore was formerly Miss Jacquelin Nathan. She left London today with her baby for Switzerland.
