In the presence of more than 200 friends and relatives a granite monument was recently unveiled in honor of Dr. Louis Bloom of Whitestone, L. I., who was accidentally shot by a policeman last year. Rabbi Jacob Rudin of Great Neck delivered the memorial address at ceremonies, which took place in Mt. Hebron Cemetery.
