Emanuel Josef, Civil War veteran and oldest member of Buffalo Post 25, Jewish War Veterans of the United States, will be feted at a celebration on the occasion of his ninety-ninth birthday by the local post of the Jewish War Veterans on Monday evening.
According to Maxwell Halper, commander of the post, Governor Harry Moore of New Jersey, an old friend of Mr. Josef will be present for the festivities.
