More than 100 members of the Swiss Parliament donated the equivalent of one- day’s income to a private Swiss fund that helps Holocaust survivors. The $20,000 gift was made in reaction to the Swiss government’s decision last week to reject the claim for compensation by a survivor who was handed over to the Nazis by Swiss border guards.
