Lt. Gen. Sir Frederick Morgan, suspended head of UNRRA operations in Germany, who is now in New York, where he conferred with Director General Herbert H. Lehman, is expected to come to Washington this week for further discussions with Mr. Lehman, it is learned from an UNRRA spokesman.
No announcement regarding Morgan’s status will be made until the final decision of the Director General in the matter is reached, he said.
