The 1950 National Service Award of Phi Epsilon Pi, national college fraternity in the United States, for the most outstanding Jewish Leadership in 1950 was presented yesterday to Henry Morgenthau, Jr., retiring General Chairman of the United Jewish Appeal. In addition to the plaque, Mr. Morgenthau received a cash award of $100 which he immediately presented to the United Jewish Appeal.
