M. Ruben Levy, a Jew, was named by the Government today as director of the cabinet for Casablanca in the Ministry of National Economy. At the same time, a Government announcement stated, another Jew, M. Ohana, was removed from his post as chief of cabinet in the Ministry of Commerce, being replaced by a Moslem.
