The world convention of Moroccan Jews closed here last night with the establishment of an Association of Moroccan Jews governed by a 20-member secretariate half of whose members are from Israel. Resolutions adopted by the convention called on world public opinion to support demands for free emigration for Jews in the Soviet Union and the Arab countries.
