Funeral services were held here for retired banker and philanthropic leader Morris J. Rabinovitz, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 70. He was chairman of the Social Planning and Allocations committee of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston, a member of the CJP’s executive committee, and active in many local, national, and overseas agencies. He was also a founder and chairman of the Large City Budgeting Committee.
