The Soviet Government today strongly condemned the “aggressive action” of Israel, Britain, and France against Egypt. Russia called for immediate action by the United Nations Security Council in defense of Egypt. The Soviet statement, broadcast over the Moscow radio, said that “Egypt has become the victim of aggression.”
