Assurance that proper care is being taken of rabbis as well as yeshivah students from Poland stranded in Russia is given in a cable received here today by the headquarters of the Agudas Israel Organization from the president of the Moscow Jewish Community.
The cable emphasizes that religious requisites are urgently needed by orthodox Jews in Russia. The Agudas Israel last month instructed its offices in Palestine to send to Russia a transport of such requisites, including tallithim, phylacteries and prayer books.
